This cracker could be designed as a member of the palm oil producing line.
With the high speed rotation of special hammers which
inside the cracking room, the hard shell of palm kernel
(walnut) was cracked.
The separation of shell and nut will be finished manually.
A viberating screen is also a good idea.
Electric Motor, Diesel Engine and Petrol Engine
can be chosen to be the power source of this cracking machine, depends on the working site consition.
We also designed 2 types of the frame, placing the cracking machine with power device.
<1>This first mounted type frame, is normally choosen by customers who processing palms at home.
The frame could be fixed to the cement floor with 4 pcs of setscrews.
<2> A moveable trailer frame could be chosen if the crack working is mostly in the palm collecting field (yard).
A coupling system instead of V-belts will save a lot of space.
Before cracking, remember to run the cracker for a while and check for any abnormality.
Pour the palm fruits into the hopper. (Pick out stone and metal so the cracker will not be harmed)
Open the sliding gate slowly, let the palm fruits flow into the working studio gradually.
The coffee pulper metal cutting is all done by the laser cutting machine which the tolerance is only 0.005mm.
The polishing makes sure the pulper surface and inside smooth without flash & burr.
Meanwhile, it makes sure the fluency of the channels where the coffee beans go through.
This makes sure that every pulper parts fit perfectly.
Also makes sure the breast casting (pechero) perfectly match the peeling cylinder.
(This ensure the high peeling rate and separating rate, and the low broken rate of the coffee pulper).
The incoming inspection, during-production inspection, and finished product inspection makes sure the good quality of coffee pulper.
