BK-300/400/500  Peanut Sheller

The BK-300/400/500 peanut sheller is used to peel the shell of peanut, and automatically separate the peanut from shells.

 1.  Firstly, the peanuts enter into the working

      studio through the feeding hopper.

   2. The peanut shell was cracked by the

        rotating roller.

        The specially-made roller makes sure

        the peanut kernel unbroken.

  3. Then, the shelled peanut kernel and shell

       pass the screen.

  4. With the help of the fan, the shell which is

      much lighter than kernel was blown out of

        the machine.

  5. The shelled peanut kernels flow out of the

       discharge hole to be collected.
