This rice sheller model no. 400-1# (6NF-9) is for husking and polishing brown paddy into polished rice with high purity.
And automatically separating the polished rice from bran and broken rice.
1. Firstly, the paddy enters into the hopper.
2. A feeding shutter helps to adjust the paddy
flowing rate into the working studio.
3. The paddy passes iron rollers for hulling.
4. The iron rollers make sure the low breakage
of rice.
5. Meanwhile, the fine bran falls out through
the screen holes.
6. A fan helps to suck out the residual bran
while the milled rice passes a special ladder.
7. A bag could be tied to the outlet to collect
the coarse bran.
8. An optional cyclone ( dust collector ) can be
connected to the outlet as well.
9. It helps to deliver the coarse bran into the
feeding hopper to be re-milled again.
10. White rice and broken rice are expelled
out of the rice mill respectively.

To set the rice sheller, a flat floor is needed.
Of course, if permits, a base foundation could help fix the rice mill with the engine.
